Museum Passes

 

The Friends of the Wyckoff Public Library is pleased to offer the Museum Pass Program, an exciting cultural opportunity for the residents of Wyckoff to visit local museums at low or no cost. Discounted or free admission, as well as other special perks, are currently available for the museums listed below. Please review the policy here. Have fun and tag us on social media!

All museums have different admission practices at this time. Check their websites to verify COVID health and safety practices and timed admission reservation requirements.

9/11 Memorial & Museum

-Museum passes are available to Wyckoff patrons upon presentation of an adult library card in good standing
-Pass provides free, expedited admission for two adults and two children (17 and under)
-Before you pick up the pass at the library, you must make a reservation HERE
-You have 3 days to use the pass, so we recommend picking it up on the first day of your reservation
-Bring printed or email confirmation to the Circulation Desk at the library to check out
the pass on your library card
-Complimentary audio guides and 20% discount in the museum store

Please note: closed on Tuesdays

American Museum of Natural History

-Vouchers available at the Circulation Desk upon presentation of adult Wyckoff Library card
in good standing ($5.00 cash per voucher)
-Maximum of 6 vouchers per library card
-Go here and select “I am a Corporate Member, IDNYC member, or have a library or culture pass.” Scroll to Timed-Entry Reservation and select the number of tickets. Click continue to select your date and time.
-Proceed to Members Desk to redeem vouchers at AMNH
-Voucher allows admission to the museum as well as one special exhibit and discounted
ticket cost to other special programs
-Voucher required for 2 years to adult

Please note: Vouchers have an expiration date and must be used by the date marked. For personal use only.
Not to be transferred or resold.

The Frick Collection

This is available as a digital/printable pass
-Each pass admits one person and we have 4 passes
-Timed entry is required – follow information on the pass
-Temporary location of museum during renovation is 945 Madison Avenue New York, NY 10021

Please note: children under 10 not admitted

Guggenheim

This is available as a digital/printable pass
-Each pass allows admission for up to 4 adults or students, plus $5 admission for a maximum of 2
additional guests
-Children under 12 years of age are free
-No timed entry is required

Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum

This is available as a digital/printable pass
-Admission for up 2 adults and 2 children, plus 2 discounted guest tickets can be purchased at the Membership Desk
-Library card and reservation must be presented at the museum
-Enter museum through members-only admission line

New York Historical Society Museum & Library

This is available as a digital/printable pass
-Reservations are not required for library members
-You must print the pass to show at the NYHS Admissions Desk to gain entry
-Pass admits 2 adults and 4 students/children
-Discount at museum shop and cafe

Storm King (Closed January through March, reopening early April 2024)

-Before you pick up the pass at the library, you must make a reservation HERE. We suggest making your reservation for the day before you intend to visit Storm King. This will be the day you stop by the library to checkout the museum pass itself.
-You must present your printed reservation or email confirmation at the Wyckoff Library

-You do not need to make a reservation on the Storm King website
-Museum passes are available to Wyckoff patrons upon presentation of an adult library
card in good standing
-You have 3 days to use the pass, so we recommend picking it up on the first day of your reservation
-Pass allows entry of one car of up to 6 people. Children under 5 are not included in this count
-A $5 fee will be charged for each day of late return
